With a vast knowledge of organizational management, business development and administrative planning and strategy, Mr. Md. Nazrul Islam Sarker has been positioned as Additional Managing Director (AMD) at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. from 31 January, 2024. Before becoming AMD, he served in the position of Deputy Managing Director (DMD) from January, 2020 to January, 2024. Mr. Sarker started his career at Walton as a Manager of Walton Plaza in 2006. He was promoted as Executive Director in 2010 and also served as the head of its Purchase Department. In his long tenure of the journey with Walton, Mr. Sarker made tremendous successes in serving the organization. Prior to joining Walton, his career was marked with over two decades of experience as a successful banker. After completing his post-graduation, Mr. Sarker joined Grameen Bank as Senior Officer in 1989. He was conferred with the ‘Best Manager Award’ all over Bangladesh in 1994 for his excellent expertise in the banking sector. After serving over a decade, he left Grameen Bank as Principal Officer in April 2000, then he joined Karmasangsthan Bank as Principal Officer in May, 2000. He continued his service at the bank till March, 2006 and then resigned to join Walton Group. From his very boyhood, Mr. Sarker was an athlete. As a result, he participated in sports competitions and won many prizes in school and college-level sports competitions. In 1985, he achieved Champion Trophy for Athletics for Inter-Hall Sports Competition during his Bachelor's Degree. Having a charming personality, Mr. Sarker always wins the hearts of all those who would come across him. Having such a flexible mindset, he is very punctual and maintains a strict time schedule.

Ms. Eva Rezwana is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in business expansion, sales strategy, and market development in the consumer Electrical & Electronics (E&E) industry. With more than a decade of professional experience, she has made significant contributions to Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC.'s business growth by strengthening its nationwide sales network and introducing innovative sales initiatives. She joined Walton in 2010 as an Assistant Director after completing her graduation in Business Administration from a private university. Through her dedication, leadership, and outstanding performance, she has steadily advanced to key leadership positions, including Chief Coordinator of all sales network, Executive Director, Deputy Managing Director, and currently serves as the Additional Managing Director. As the head of Walton's sales operations, Ms. Eva Rezwana is responsible for leading the company's nationwide sales network and developing strategies that support sustain able business growth. Her strong leadership and strategic decision-making have played an important role in strengthening Walton's position as one of the leading consumer electronics and home appliance brands in Bangladesh. One of her notable achievements is the remarkable expansion of the Walton Plaza network from around 120 outlets to nearly 700 across the country. She has also made significant contributions to expanding Walton's distributor network by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening market coverage. During the fiscal year 2025–2026, Ms. Eva Rezwana successfully led the Business Expansion Team and inducted a record number of new distributors for Walton and Marcel brands. She also introduced and successfully implemented Walton's first Franchise Sales Business Channel, creating a new avenue for business growth and strengthening the company's nationwide distribution network. As Advisor of the Television Distributor Network (TDN), she successfully launched and implemented the TDN during the fiscal year 2025–2026. Under her leadership, 106 new TDN distributors were established, contributing significantly to the expansion of Walton's television business across the country. In addition to her business responsibilities, Ms. Eva Rezwana serves as the President of the Women's Committee of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. She actively supports initiatives that promote women's participation, workplace equality, and an inclu sive working environment, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8) on decent work and economic growth. Her exceptional leadership and dedication have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Best Perfor mance Award (2018), Sales Emperor Award (2019 and 2020), and Grand Achievement Award (2019). He also reinforced the company's commitment to environmental stewardship, responsible manufacturing, workplace safety, and employee development, ensuring that sustainability remains embedded across business operations. Born to Md. Ismail Hossain and Mrs. Sara Khatun, Mohammad Yousuf Ali spent his childhood in Dhulbari, Tangail, where he developed strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills from an early age. Before joining with Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. Mr. Islam worked as Head of Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary with The ACME Laboratories Limited. Besides, he also worked at LankaBangla Finance Limited, Pancam (Thailand) Co. Limited and International Leasing and Financial Services Limited in various capacities. At present, Mr. Islam is working as Deputy Managing Director & Company Secretary of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. As a highly competent Company Secretary, he is responsible for ensuring Company’s statutory, listing and legal compliances as per relevant laws of the land as well as responsible for maintaining high standards of Corporate Governance. Mr. Islam is acting as a point of communication between the Board of Directors and Company’s shareholders and Management. He ensures that Board procedures are followed and regularly reviewed and provides updated information to the Chairman and the Directors on their responsibilities under various laws. Apart from his diverse role as Company Secretary, Mr. Islam is also Secretary of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and member secretary of Risk Management Committee and Marketing Management Committee of the Company. He also served as Head of Internal Audit and Compliance at Walton Group from 2016 to 2019. He has more than 18.5 years of experience in senior positions in Chartered Accountant Firms, Manufacturing, Textiles, IT Sector, Electronics Sector, and Foreign Joint Venture Coal-Fired Super Critical Thermal Power Plant Company. A dedicated professional accountant with strong managerial skills and experience working with foreign consultants, foreign lenders, and insurers. He has expertise in process development for large-scale operations. He brings extensive expertise in assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance frameworks. With a strong foundation in financial auditing, compliance, and operational efficiency, he is dedicated to ensuring organizational integrity and fostering a culture of accountability. He has experience to develop and monitor the internal audit plan, budgetary control system, and business planning. As Deputy Managing Director at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, he oversees the company’s funding strategy, treasury operations, and foreign exchange risk management, while leading institutional relationships with global partners such as IFC, DEG, and OeEB. Under his leadership, the Company was able to build robust cash flow management system, reduce debt stock, lower finance costs and hedge FX risks. At Eastern Bank PLC, he served as Senior Executive Vice President and led sustainable finance initiatives—originating and managing projects in renewable energy, carbon footprint reduction, and women-led enterprise development. Earlier in his career, Arif served as the Country Representative for DEG – Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft, the private sector arm of KfW Group, covering Bangladesh and Nepal. In this role, he originated over $400 million in long-term financing across infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing sectors. His work included financing Bangladesh’s first floating LNG terminal and several renewable energy IPPs—projects that aligned with key national and UN sustainability goals. Abdullah Al Mamun is a distinguished legal administrator with a career spanning 27 years in the Bangladesh Judiciary, reaching the highest rank in government service (Grade-1) as a Senior District and Sessions Judge (P.R.L.). He earned his LL.B. (Honours) and LL.M. degrees from the University of Rajshahi. Throughout his judicial career, he served across various capacities, including Assistant Judge, Senior Judicial Magistrate, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chief Judicial Magistrate, and Senior District & Sessions Judge. Mr. Mamun served four years as Senior Assistant Secretary (Administration) at the Ministry of Law, managing and conducting all administrative activities of the ministry. As Chief Judicial Magistrate, he headed the criminal judicial system of the district, presiding over trials, supervising judicial magistrates and coordinating with police and executive administration. Later, as Senior District & Sessions Judge, he led both the civil and criminal justice systems, upholding justice and supervising judges and administrative personnel across the district. Over his career, he has participated in various national and international training programs and seminars on judicial and administrative affairs. Mr. Mamun joined Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC on April 15, 2026, as Deputy Managing Director & Advisor. In his role, he serves as the Advisor to the Investigation Management Department, provides strategic assistance to the Legal & Credit Recovery Department and executes key operational responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Trained in Sweden under the UN Staff Officer Course, he visited over 22 countries, including the USA, Russia, and Italy. His integrity and performance earned him the “Best Practice Officer” Certificate, reflecting his commitment to ethical leadership. Before retirement, General Sajjad served as Commandant of Bangladesh Infantry Regimental Centre (BIRC), overseeing the training of thousands and leading the development of the Army's Qualification Manual for JCOs and below. He managed administrative affairs for over 30,000 personnel and, as Colonel Administration at NDC, ensured smooth training for local and international officers while organizing national-level ceremonial events with excellence. Brigadier General Sajjad held key roles as a Grade One Staff Officer in Army Headquarters, Division HQs, and the Army Training and Doctrine Command. A Commando and Para Trooper, he commanded an Infantry Battalion and served in six others, including the elite Para Commando Battalion. He played a pivotal role in training civilian recruits into infantry soldiers and spent over five years as a Commando Instructor at the Special Warfare Wing in Sylhet. He served as Sector Commander of BGB in Khagrachari and Rajshahi, leading five battalions and overseeing the establishment of 13 Border Outposts and a Battalion Headquarters at Babuchara, significantly strengthening security in key border regions.
